I passed out super early last night...lame I know, but I woke up so energized this morning. So I decided I was going on a hike. Last time I hiked my brother and I got attacked my the biggest swarm of bees and I sprained my ankle. Gotta admit this around went much better and Im still alive! After the hike I grabbed a nice refreshing Jamba Juice smoothie! Pomegranate Paradise, Love in a cup I tell ya, and then headed to the gym.
Todays Workout:
Warm up: 20 minutes on the stair master (Level 10)
* 3 sets of reverse hyper-extensions followed by step up to balance on Bosu ball
* 3 sets Incline dumbell chest press
* 3 sets wide grip rows
* 3 sets medicine ball rotations followed by side crunches
15 minutes on elliptical machine (Level 10)
15 minutes on recumbent bike
